Angatú

This was my first animation work made during my bachelor's degree. My group and I wanted to tell a story involving Brazilian history, so we set it to be during the colonization of our country. We imagined how the meeting of Bandeirantes (leaders of expeditions to the interior of Brazil) with the native people would be. After researching the path the Bandeirantes made and which tribes inhabited those regions, we looked for which Brazilian biome this meeting would take place in. In addition to research, I was responsible for developing all the background and animating some minor scenes.
